Try to do the parkour fast. Don't panic. Forest is pretty easy, remember to save a lot, so if any part takes a lot of time and you know you can optimise it, then do it. Use magic spot while battling doc (behind furthest boxes). Don't waste time on taking taurus or deagle. Glock is your only weapon.
just set a keybind on your mouse or somewhere near the space bar like C or something. no fun cheating with commands. I find it a hassle to move my hand from the mouse to the enter button when speedrunning and changing it to something like alt would be VERY helpful.
