Shadow Stance, also known as Musashi Stance, is one of 5 "Boss Stances", and is obtained by defeating Miyamoto Musashi. The stance appears not unlike the Steady Stance, only that the sword is next to your head instead of front. When swung, it emits black particles.
Stances are ways that a samurai can use their blade to attack. Each stance is unique in a way, distinctly because they alter your damage and attack animations. There are currently 14 stances, including the Beginner's Stance.
