12 de may. de 2021 · I've played Banished for nearly 200 hours, all without mods. Was just curious if anyone else still enjoys the base game or if everyone mods now?
Should I play vanilla for a while to learn it better and work on some Steam achievements? Or should I play CC? Looking for advice... and maybe some guides that are written for both/either?
2020 Updated Seed-List 1.0.7. Wow! A large heading, this post must be useful! Hi there! :-) So I started to play this game in early 2020. Needless to say, the seed-lists that I found online were so old, that their expiration-date had largely gone long ago.
30 de jul. de 2022 · I'd recommend you play vanilla first, to understand the basics of the game, and the way in which basic production chains work. While Vanilla is enjoyable and challenging itself, you'll soon find that you can go the first 20 years without deaths due to starvation/freezing.
I stayed with vanilla vegetables. No CC and no forest products. The vanilla gave 5-7 per plant. So, not to overdo the production I put 'Vegetables' to a fixed 6 per plant. The workplace takes 28 of these 'Vegetables' and creates 20-28 units of different vanilla vegetables. Right now they are - Bean, Cabbage, Pepper, Potato, Pumpkin and Squash.
