If your interface is showing correctly in the System report but Focusrite Control still displays No Hardware Detected, please complete the following instructions: 1) Ensure you have the latest version of Focusrite Control from the Downloads page or from your Focusrite.com account.

13 de dic. de 2020 · Following some troubleshooting tips, I uninstalled Focusrite Control and the Thunderbolt and Usb drivers (from Add & Removed Programs). Ever since I did that, Focusrite Control just shows "No Hardware Detected".
27 de oct. de 2022 · You have to go to: Applications -> Utilities -> Activity Monitor Then, from there, do a double-click on “FocusriteControlServer”. A mew window will open and just click Quit at the bottom right corner. This will refresh the app and all settings will appear again.
21 de feb. de 2021 · No Hardware Connected. My Gen 3 Scarlett 4i4 isn't showing up in "Device Manager" under "Focusrite Audio". I've tried multiple different cables and ports on my computer, the lights on the interface comes on and I can get sound to come out with direct monitoring and an instrument.
