the Son killed the Fans (except Tony) and died from falling. It's shown in the earlier stage Death Wish, that the Fans got a call from the Son and assaulted the building, killed the gangsters. the Swans found everyone silent, then the son appeared, shot Ash, and Alex too.

Finally with Alex and Ash the trick is to lure enemies to you with the gun and kill them with the chainsaw, just be careful since fat guys take a bit of time to kill with the chainsaw, you can also use your gun to kill enemies from afar in the open areas of the floor
