I run one (hm3x) with my exps3-0, works just fine. The only magnifier I would consider a substantial upgrade is the Eotech g45 because it has the same eyebox but 5x magnification. I'm not in any rush to upgrade though, unless I find a stupid good deal for one used I'll stick with my Holosun.
