Jair Ventura Filho (Río de Janeiro, 25 de diciembre de 1944), más conocido como Jairzinho, es un exfutbolista brasileño que jugaba de extremo derecho. Sucesor de Garrincha, poseedor de un excelso gambeteo ( dribbling ) y de un fuerte golpeo con la pierna derecha.
Jairzinho scored two goals in the 1974 FIFA World Cup, which would prove to be his last World Cup for Brazil. The third-place final was his last match for Brazil until he was given a one-off farewell cap against Czechoslovakia on March 3, 1982 in a game which Brazil drew 1–1.

Jairzinho. (Brazil) Jairzinho was a worthy successor to Garrincha and his devastating bursts of speed combined with lethal shooting were one of the highlights of the great 1970 World Cup. Born Jair Ventura Filho in 1944, he began on the left wing and at centre-forward with Botafogo and gained his chance on the right when Garrincha was injured.
