Dennis Cooper is a novelist, critic, director, blogger, and curator. Since 2005, he has split his time between Paris and Los Angeles. Cooper is perhaps best known for his landmark of experimental American fiction, The George Miles Cycle , which is comprised of Closer (1989), Frisk (1991), Try (1994), Guide (1997), and Period (2000).
