Robert Emmett (or Emmet) Rodes (March 29, 1829 – September 19, 1864) was a Confederate general in the American Civil War, and the first of Robert E. Lee's divisional commanders not trained at West Point.

Robert Rodes was a Confederate general who served in the Army of Northern Virginia under Stonewall Jackson and Jubal Early. He was wounded several times and killed at the Battle of Winchester in 1864.
