Karl Ernst (1 September 1904 – 30 June 1934) was an SA-Gruppenführer who, from March 1933, was the SA Commander in Berlin. Prior to joining the Nazi Party, he had been a hotel bellhop and a bouncer at gay nightclubs. He was one of the chief participants in the extrajudicial execution of Albrecht Höhler.

Karl Gustav Ernst (* 1. September 1904 in Wilmersdorf bei Berlin [1] [2]; † 30. Juni 1934 in Berlin [2]) war ein deutscher Politiker ( NSDAP) und Gruppenführer der SA. Er wurde vor allem bekannt als Führer der SA-Gruppe Berlin-Brandenburg.
Karl Ernst fue un destacado miembro de las SA y uno de los hombres que murió la Noche de los Cuchillos Largos. Fue arrestado en el puerto de la ciudad de Bremen, cuando se disponía a embarcar hacia las Islas Madeira en viaje de luna de miel. Trasladado a Berlín en avión fue fusilado esa misma noche.
