El Conde Franz Anton von Kolowrat-Liebsteinsky (en checo: František Antonín Kolovrat-Libštejnský; Praga, 31 de enero de 1778- Viena, 4 de abril de 1861) fue un noble bohemio y estadista austriaco de la Casa de Kolowrat.
Count Franz Anton von Kolowrat-Liebsteinsky ( Czech: František Antonín Kolovrat-Libštejnský; 31 January 1778 – 4 April 1861) was Bohemian noble and Austrian statesman from the House of Kolowrat. As a moderate liberal politician, he was one of the major opponents of State Chancellor Prince Klemens von Metternich during the Vormärz era.
El Conde Franz Anton von Kolowrat-Liebsteinsky fue un noble bohemio y estadista austriaco de la Casa de Kolowrat. Como político liberal moderado, fue uno de los mayores oponentes del canciller de Estado, el príncipe Klemens von Metternich, durante la era del Vormärz.
Graf Franz Anton von Kolowrat-Liebsteinsky war ein böhmischer Adeliger und österreichischer Staatsmann, der als gemäßigt Liberaler zum Gegenspieler von Fürst Metternich auf dem Wiener Kongress wurde, obwohl beide das österreichische Kaiserreich vertraten. Kolowrat war Mitglied des Regentschaftsrates für Kaiser Ferdinand I.
Da er sich in den turbulenten Kriegsjahren bewährte, wurde er schon 1807 Stadthauptmann von Prag, 1808 Hofrat, 1809 zur Verwesung des Oberburggrafenamts berufen und 1810 endgültig als Oberstburggraf an die Spitze der Landesverwaltung des Königreichs Böhmen gestellt.
