Lin Fei-fan ( Chinese: 林飛帆; pinyin: Lín Fēifán; born 19 May 1988) is a Taiwanese politician and activist, currently serving as deputy secretary-general of Taiwan's National Security Council. He was one of the leaders of the Sunflower Student Movement.

Fei-fan Lin (林飛帆) is a board member of New Frontier Foundation, an official think tank of Taiwan’s governing Democratic Progressive Party. He was also the deputy Secretary-General of the DPP (July, 2019–January, 2023) under President Tsai Ing-wen.
