Bas Balkissoon (born c. 1952) is a former politician in Ontario, Canada. He was a Liberal member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 2005 to 2016 who represented the riding of Scarborough—Rouge River.

The riding’s Liberal MPP since 2005, and a Scarborough and city councillor before that, Balkissoon surprised many by resigning on March 22.
