Raymond Joseph Lohier Jr. (born December 1, 1965) is a Canadian-born American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Judge Lohier is a federal appellate judge who was nominated by President Obama in 2010 and confirmed by the Senate. He has a background in civil rights, securities fraud, and narcotics prosecutions, and is a former law clerk and adjunct professor.
