Eunice Cheryl Lee (born 1970) is an American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Born in West Germany, she attended Ohio State University and Yale Law School.
Judge Lee was appointed to the Second Circuit in 2021 after serving as a federal defender and a clinical law professor. She received her B.A. from Ohio State and her J.D. from Yale Law School.

She is the second Black woman and the first former federal defender on the appeals court, and has the support of ex-prosecutors and former clients.
