Dame Elizabeth Gloster, Lady Popplewell, DBE, PC (born 5 June 1949) is a British lawyer who was a judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales and Vice-President of the Civil Division. She was the first female judge of the Commercial Court.

The Right Honourable Dame Elizabeth Gloster, DBE PC. Dame Elizabeth Gloster was a Lady Justice of the Court of Appeal until her retirement in May 2018 when she returned to the Chambers of Lord Grabiner QC at One Essex Court, Temple, to practise as an international commercial arbitrator.

Dame Elizabeth Gloster. The first female Commercial Judge, Dame Elizabeth Gloster was educated at Rodean School and t Girton College, Cambridge. She was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple in 1971, and established a chancery/commercial practice, latterly at One Essex Court.
