Kim Simplis Barrow (born March 3, 1972) is a Belizean activist, philanthropist, and spouse of the 4th Prime Minister of Belize, Rt. Hon. Dean Oliver Barrow, MP. She served as Special Envoy for Women and Children and founder of the Lifeline Foundation.

Mrs. Kim Simplis Barrow is the wife of the former Prime Minister of Belize, the Right Honorable Dean Barrow and Belize’s former Special Envoy for Women and Children, a position she held from 2008- 2020). She is also the Founder and Director of the Lifeline Foundation, which raises thousands of dollars annually to aid disenfranchised children.

Simplis Barrow, the spouse of the Prime Minister of Belize, was appointed as Belize’s Special Envoy for Women and Children in 2008. In that same year, she became the first Belizean to be designated as a Global Ambassador by Special Olympics International.
Kim Simplis Barrow is a Belizean activist for women and children’s rights and development, a philanthropist and the wife of Rt. Hon. Dean Oliver Barrow who was the 4th Prime Minister of Belize (2008 – 2020). In 2008 Kim was appointed Special Envoy for Women and Children in Belize.
