František Pospíšil (* 2. dubna 1944 Unhošť) je bývalý český hokejový obránce a trenér. Je trojnásobným olympijským medailistou i mistrem světa, taktéž členem hokejových síní slávy.
František Pospíšil (born 2 April 1944) is a Czech former ice hockey defenceman and coach. Internationally, he played for the Czechoslovakia men's national ice hockey team from 1967 to 1977, at the IIHF World Championships and the Winter Olympics.
With Kladno he was named to the Czech All-Star team in 1976-77, and he was given the Golden Stick Award in 1971 and 1972, given to the top Czechoslovakian ice hockey player each year. Internationally, Pospíšil played at three Winter Olympics, winning silver medals in 1968 and 1976 and a bronze medal in 1972.
