William Harold Southworth (March 9, 1893 – November 15, 1969) was an American outfielder and manager in Major League Baseball (MLB). As a player in 1913 and 1915 and from 1918 to 1929 for five big-league teams, Southworth took part in almost 1,200 games, fell just short of 1,300 hits and batted .297 lifetime.

Billy Southworth was a player and manager in the major leagues for 25 seasons, winning four NL pennants and nine winning records. He led the Cardinals to three World Series titles and the Braves to their first pennant in 1948.
