Gilbert Perreault (born November 13, 1950) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who played for 17 seasons with the National Hockey League's Buffalo Sabres. He was the first draft pick of the Sabres in their inaugural season in the NHL.

Perreault is Buffalo's all-time scoring leader with 512 goals, 814 assists, and 1,326 points. Selected 1st overall in 1970, Perreault won the Calder Trophy with 72 points in his rookie season. The Sabres legend also won the Lady Byng Trophy in 1973 and a Canada Cup in 1976.
