Elizabeth Anne Carr (born 21 April 1972) is an English actress, comedian, broadcaster and international disability rights activist. Liz Carr is a British actress, comedian and activist who has appeared in Silent Witness, The OA, Devs and other TV shows. She is also a co-founder of Abnormally Funny People and a campaigner for Disabled rights.
Actress: Silent Witness. Liz grew up in Bebington, England where she lived until she went to Nottingham University in 1990 to study law. After graduating with an LLB in Law, she volunteered in a law centre and became a campaigner for civil rights for Disabled people in the UK and internationally.
