Rick Chavez Zbur is the representative of the 51st Assembly District and the Democratic Caucus Chair of the California Assembly. He is a former executive director of Equality California and a lawyer who advocated for LGBTQ+ rights, environmental justice and sustainable housing.
Rick Chavez Zbur is the Democratic Caucus Chair and represents Hollywood and parts of Los Angeles. He has authored and passed several bills on topics such as housing, health, environment, and gun violence prevention.
Rick Chavez Zbur (born March 2, 1957) is an American attorney currently serving in the California State Assembly. He is also a former United States House of Representatives candidate. [1] He is a well-known LGBT civil rights advocate and is active in the environmental movement .
