Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (Turkish: Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi, or MSGSÜ) is a public art university in Istanbul, Turkey. The university's campus is located in the Fındıklı neighbourhood of Beyoğlu. The university was established in 1882 under the leadership of Osman Hamdi Bey.

The Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University was founded in 1883, and the State Conservatory of Music (established in 1970) was incorporated into its structure in 1982. There are departments of music (performance, composition, conducting), musicology (including ethnomusicology, folklore), and performing arts (theatre, opera, ballet, modern dance).
The Istanbul State Conservatory, which started its education in the academic year 1971-1972, became a part of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 1982. In the academic year 1986-1987, the Conservatory moved to the Baltacılar Dairesi in Dolmabahçe Palace.
