Phil Puleo (born September 27, 1963) is an American composer, drummer, illustrator and visual artist from New York. He is known as a founding member of the band Cop Shoot Cop in the 1990s, and for his current involvement in the experimental rock group Swans.
12 de ago. de 2017 · NEW. This time Puleo sent Leaver a dozen freshly pounded drum tracks. Alone in his garage Leaver immediately attacked the tracks with vocals and harmonicas. A raw demented sound emerged with flickers of grace riding waves of absurdity. This glorious frenzy took the form of songs.

Hace 6 días · Throw in Coleman’s ex-Cop Shoot Cop bandmate, drummer and multi-instrumentalist Phil Puleo (currently of Swans) into the fray and the core trio was rounded out, making for a supergroup of sorts. With all the noise-rock cred Coleman and Puleo bring to the table, one would expect The Children… to be cut from a similar grimy cloth.
