Colin Flooks (Cirencester, 29 de diciembre de 1947-Bristol, 5 de abril de 1998), más conocido como Cozy Powell, fue un baterista inglés de rock, reconocido por su trabajo en las bandas The Jeff Beck Group, Rainbow, Robert Plant, Whitesnake y Black Sabbath.

Powell and Neil Murray were members of Brian May's band, playing on the Back to the Light and Another World albums. He played with May opening for Guns N' Roses on the second American leg of their Use Your Illusion tour in 1993.
