Bror Axel Folke Per Rogard (6 July 1899 – 11 June 1973) was a Swedish lawyer, chess official, player and arbiter. He was born in Stockholm, with the surname Rosengren, and qualified as a lawyer with that name.

Bror Axel Folke Per Rogard (6 de julio de 1899 - 11 de junio de 1973) fue un abogado, oficial de ajedrez, jugador y árbitro sueco. Nació en Estocolmo, de apellido Rosengren, y se tituló como abogado con ese nombre.
The late Folke Rogard was born on the 6 th of July 1899 in Stockholm. A Swedish lawyer by profession, he became the 2 nd FIDE President in 1949 after having held the position of President of the Swedish Chess Federation and between 1947 and 1949, the office of Vice-President of FIDE.
