Willow Bay (born Kristine Carlin Bay; December 28, 1963) is an American television journalist, editor, author, and former model. In 2017, she became dean of the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism [1] having earlier served as director of USC Annenberg School of Journalism.
The first female dean of USC Annenberg, Bay oversees more than 200 faculty and staff, and more than 2,500 undergraduate and graduate students across the fields of communication, journalism, public relations and public diplomacy.
Willow Bay is a broadcast journalist, media pioneer and digital communication leader who oversees the fields of communication, journalism, public relations and public diplomacy at USC Annenberg. She has led academic and research innovations, strengthened industry partnerships, and increased public engagement on critical issues such as media technology and equity.

USC Provost Michael Quick announced the appointment March 13 on behalf of USC President C. L. Max Nikias.
