Hace 5 días · His heir and nephew Sir Miles Talbot Stapleton (d. 1977) sold the manor in 1935 to Mrs Valentine Fleming, who in 1937 sold to Sir Felix Brunner (d. 1982), 3rd baronet. He gave it to the National Trust in 1969, together with Greys Court and the lordship, which brought with it rights over the remaining common land in the parish.
