  2. Latymer Upper School is a public school (now co-educational) in Hammersmith, London, England, between King Street and the River Thames. It derives from a charity school, part of the same Latymer Foundation, founded in 1624 by the English merchant Edward Latymer.

  3. Latymer is a school that values all round performers, as well as high academic standards. Our admissions process is designed to discover not only intellectual potential but also the character, interests and personality of candidates.

  4. As London’s leading fully co-educational school, with 1,400 girls and boys (11 to 18-year-olds) of very individual characters, Latymer Upper School is not a ‘one size fits all’ school.

  5. Latymer Upper School aims to provide young people with a life-changing education that allows them to excel in the modern world. Our desire is for learning to be transformative and to give our students access to areas of knowledge, skills and experience that make them excited about learning for their whole life.

  6. Fee assistance – Latymer has a very generous bursary programme to ensure that bright pupils from all backgrounds can access the excellent education and facilities we provide. We offer means-tested bursaries of up to 100% discount on tuition fees.

  7. The Sixth Form is a chance to try something new. Whether moving up from our own Year 11 or joining Latymer from another school, our students can look forward to an innovative curriculum and fresh experiences that will enrich their final two years of school.
