  1. 22 de oct. de 2021 · Geggus began cutting school and going to gigs around the East End. With no experience, equipment or bandmates, he and Micky formed a new group, Cockney Rejects, with Micky on guitar and Jeff – nicknamed ‘Stinky Turner’ – up front on lead vocals.

  2. Cockney Rejects were formed in 1978 by brothers Jeff and Micky Geggus, with their brother-in-law Chris Murrell on bass and Paul Harvey on drums. Their first demo, "Flares n' Slippers", caught the attention of Small Wonder Records owner Pete Stennett, who introduced the band to Bob Sergeant.

They went to find commercial and underground during the late 1970s and early 1980s with tracks such as 'The Greatest Cockney Rip Off' and 'I’m Not a Fool'.
