Roman Jugg. Keyboard player and guitarist, born 25th July 1957 in Caerphilly, South Wales. In late 1981, keyboard player Roman Jugg joined the Damned. In September 1984 The Damned signed a new deal with MCA Records and at about this time Roman Jugg moved to guitar. He left the band in 1989.
The band had now expanded to a quintet with the addition of full-time keyboardist Roman Jugg. At the time, Sensible was splitting his time between the Damned and his own solo career, having reached chart success in the UK with the 1982 number-one hit "Happy Talk".
