There is an existing bug that sometimes can keep a jump from happening that concerns the distance and placement of airfields, but it does not effect ALL jumps. 28 de oct. de 2022 · Even after getting compliance above 60 you will succeed in the pacify mission, but will never be able to "own" the provinces and therefore end the war with Ethiopia. The "Expand Regional Control" decision does take ownership of the state away from Ethiopia, the problem is keeping Ethiopia's legitimacy under 60 to do it.
