5 de jun. de 2022 · Locked out of Activision account due to 2 Factor Authentication working. Over a year ago I changed phones and put the 2FA app from Google onto my new phone. I tried logging in to my Activision/CoD account and 2FA didn't work and none of the back-up codes worked. When this happened I tried Activision support but no one has got back to me.
Shadow Ban Loop is a measure Activision has decided to take that basically means your account's trust factor is taken into priority, so if you have a new account, you'll end up facing a shadow ban loop. Consequences: You will not be able to get X amount of kills (between 8~10 or more).
11 de nov. de 2022 · Sadly Activision itself is completly unreachable for customer support, you will allways be redirected to their external callcenter who can't do anything. If Activision refuses to follow the law they deserve to be sanctioned. Customers have rights and they have to learn that.
18 de oct. de 2021 · I was able to still use Activision's POS site to link my accounts, though. I've been dealing with recovering my account for over 2 years. Activision continues to battle EA in this "my company is worse than your company" battle. SMH. I digress. Hopefully, this helps someone.
18 de sept. de 2022 · I see people from 2 months ago with the same issue. I used the link below and actually got to submit a ticket. Unable to verify email, so im unable to link PSnetwork to activision or change email. Would love a response from activision as you see how many of your customers are having issues, with no response from you.
9 de feb. de 2021 · Go to Activision.com. hit log in. Hit forgot password and use the email address associated with Activision/Call of duty. Change your password. Once you change your password. log in and its going to ask you for 2FA hit "Need Help". enter one of your back up codes.

17 de nov. de 2022 · Yes, I agree. I won't be spending money on anything with the Activision name on it again. I was a huge fan of the MW series. Unfortunately, I think people like me are just the collateral damage that they've deemed acceptable. Hard to say how these false bans have affected their revenue, but I imagine it's a very small percentage.
