Guy Louis Busson du Maurier DSO (18 May 1865, London, England – 9 March 1915, Kemmel, Flanders, Belgium) was an English army officer and playwright. He was the son of the writer George du Maurier and brother of Sylvia Llewelyn Davies and the actor Gerald du Maurier.

Biographie. Daphné du Maurier est la fille de Sir Gerald du Maurier, acteur célèbre de son époque, et la petite-fille de l'écrivain et dessinateur George du Maurier, lequel fut un ami de Henry James et auteur notamment de Peter Ibbetson. La mère de Daphné, Muriel Beaumont, est également actrice. Elle abandonne sa carrière en se mariant.
