  7. Siena offers three merit scholarships for transfer students: The Siena Phi Theta Scholarship grants funds to students in this honor society. The Franciscan Transfer Scholarship gives money to students with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. The St. Claire Transfer Scholarship provides funds to students with a GPA of 3.0 -3.19.
