Strategy Fear & Hunger Mode. Rancid can be a challenging foe, even with a full party team, as both of his arms have a lot of health. He has two normal attacks, Spear swing which deals 38-58 slashing damage and has a 15% chance to remove an arm, and Throwing spear which deals 48-72 slashing damage. This can be avoided by destroying an arm or his torso in the first turn, or by stunning his arms.
